How we work depends on your needs – we take a tailored and flexible approach.  We can work with you to get ready for a specific moment in time, or we can provide ongoing support to you and your organisation. 

Millichamp works with organisations large and small.  Start up to mature.  Local, national and international.  What binds them all is the recognition they need to get ready for change.  We’re based in Sheffield but work with organisations across the UK.

Let us know what you’re aiming to achieve – at an organisational, brand or personal level.  We’ll take this as a starting point.  But to provide advice and recommend solutions, we need to be curious. We’ll ask you questions, we’ll seek out data and insight, we’ll ask for your existing plans.  We’ll look at your offer, the market, your competitors, your resources.  We’ll take note of what people are saying inside and outside the organisation.

We’ll consider what this tells us.  We’ll look to do this with you, your team and relevant external parties.  But we know sometimes this may not be possible.  We’ll provide you with a framework for delivery and recommendations for implementation.  We can leave it there or can hang around to help support implementation.
